• General sales conditions, where you will find a description of the procedure when you bid, accept and execute an order, delivery and complaint proceeding. We tried to convey the whole process of order fulfillment in simple words so that it ran smoothly and ended with the delivery of the product in line with your expectations.
• Warranty terms and liability of the supplier in which we have specified responsibility for the order made. You will find there a certain period of warranty, the responsibility for the design and cover of the product, as well as the safe way of storage and maintenance allowing for long enjoy all the advantages of the product.
• A complaint form that has been developed to shorten the contact route in the event of any incompatibility during the warranty period. The procedure for filing a complaint is described in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. We encourage you to use this form.
